Welcome to our Studio Rental Space, located inside of our Makerspace!
Our Studio Rental Space is the perfect place for artists and creatives to come and work on their projects in a collaborative and supportive environment. Our makerspace offers a variety of tools, resources, and our Studio Rental Space is the perfect complement to this innovative and dynamic space.
In addition to the studio space, our makerspace features the Derita Design Library that is filled with a wide variety of books, magazines, and resources that are designed to inspire and inform your work. Whether you're looking for new techniques to try, or you're interested in exploring new mediums and styles, our design library is the perfect place to start.
At our Studio Rental Space, you'll also have access to a supportive community of fellow artists and creatives who are all passionate about making and creating. Our makerspace is a collaborative environment where you can connect with like-minded individuals, share your work, and get feedback and support.

APPLICATION
Rental Rate is $500 a Month.
Deposit - $200 for the first week refundable. Total due 15th day of your rental period.
The 11x12 Studio Includes 4 20-Amp outlets, its own air conditioning and a lockable door.
Designers will also have free reign of materials and *equipment at the makerspace during non-public hours.
*Certain tools require orientation before use.
